This property is 1 minute walk from the popular Zaytounay Bay, Rising high above the Beirut Marina, this Four Seasons Hotel boasts a rooftop pool with 360° views of sea, mountains and city. Rooms feature an elegant décor, designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon. Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout the hotel and in the rooms.
The rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies that offer panoramas of the courtyard, city or the Mediterranean. They are all fitted with an elliptical-shaped desk, plush armchair, and a marbled bathroom with deep soaking tub.
For dinner, guests can choose between several gourmet restaurants such as The Grill for meat specialties and The Bar & Lounge for International and Fusion Cuisine, Arabesque for Lebanese specialties with a Mediterranean twist, The Roof for Sushi and Asian-inspired cuisine. I did not like that the the person in charge of my...

I did not like that the the person in charge of my reservation at the front desk had withdrown (386) usd Cash from my (visa) (without block) and charge my wife Sundus alImam In cash( 1160) usd for her stay the 3 nights from the 9th to the 12 of nov. The amount 386 usd did not returned to my visa . The reservation was done with Booking .com by my visa at the rate of 386 usd Per night for three nights using my credit card. So the total we paid for three nights( 1546) usd . I demand that the hotel or booking .com return or credit my visa 386 usd

Outdated, poor service not holding up to Four Seasons standards

Pool is nice but service at the pool quite slow

Outdated, on a construction zone, too expensive for what it is. There are much better places to stay for sure

A nice place to stay, but staff are suffocating

The hotel had a nice location near to the water and city center and lovely interior design

This may sound strange, but the staff were so 'false friendly' that it was annoying. It was over the top, insincere service. For example, I went to breakfast and was interrupted literally 20 times while eating my meal by staff asking 'is everything ok?', 'would you like me to pour some milk in your glass for you', 'why did you not eat more?' etc etc etc. I was trying to read the newspaper and just relax by myself and literally could not read a single sentence without someone interrupting me to ask me to do something for me that I am perfectly capable of doing by myself. While reading one newspaper a waiter asked 'would you like me to bring you another newspaper?' Seriously? Just leave a guy alone unless he is looking around seeking help. They even pushed the button on my lift to my floor as if I don't know how to do that myself. This is not helpful, it is just annoying and sycophantic.

The Client with the Capital “C” is the main objective of their very mission in life, great !

The food needs improvement, mistakes were made in serving basic dishes like fried Pont Neuf potatoes, rib eye steak and Risotto with vegetables. Did not know how to make a Bellini cocktail

We had a great experience at this hotel and highly recommend it.

The location was great and the service provided by the staff was sensational

The pool was in the shade for most of the afternoon. But this was a minor issue.

Probably the best option for Beirut, but overall - not impressed

Tasty breakfast menu (a la carte), good location, nice view from the pool, comfortable bed

Wifi very slow. Room design and the hotel in general does not meet the standard of "Four Seasons". Pool is nice, but there are too few chairs (and the good spots are always "reserved", even if no one is using them the whole day), and service at the pool is slow.

No es un buen Four Seasons

La habitación tenia olor a humedad y el aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando bien. La primera noche fue imposible dormir y llamamos a recepción la solución fue datnos un deshumidificador y un aparato con esencia de canela. Segunda noche el problema continuo y solicitamos que revisaran el A/C el del mantenimiento nos informó que debia cambiar de filtros y esto fue a media noche. La puerta de la ducha no cierra correctamente y todo el agua termina en el piso No nos suministraron silla para el tocador

Habitación fuera de mantenimiento Aire acondicionado sin propio funcionamiento Decoración ya pasada Costoso para lo que obtuvimos como servicio Despues de nuestras quejas solamente recibimos sorry sorry pasamos una mal noche sorry, el aire no funciona sorry ....

La situation de l'hôtel est top! La vue de la chambre avec balcon. Le roof top magnifique! Le staff attentionné.

Design des chambres "boring", très classique et pas en phase avec le design extérieur de l'hôtel. Vieux système Ipod - pas de connection pour derniers iphones via bluetooth. Prix avec taxes en plus élevé.
